1 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO RETURNS

(All products sold on Liopsida are digital products MIDI packs delivered as downloadable files). Due to the nature of digital content, (All sales are final once the download has started).

(In accordance with Article 16 of the European Consumer Rights Directive) (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been supplied and where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you confirm that you have expressly consented to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.

3 - EXCEPTIONS

If you experience a technical issue with your download (Corrupted file, missing files, download not working), please contact us within (14 days) of your purchase and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
