2 - OUR PRODUCTS

Liopsida sells digital products exclusively — (MIDI packs delivered as downloadable files). All product descriptions are provided in good faith and accurately represent the content of each pack.

3 - ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. (Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment). We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4 - DIGITAL DELIVERY

Upon completed payment, you will receive a download link by email. (It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct at checkout). If you experience any issue with your download, contact us within 14 days at - (Support@Liopsida.com).

5 - NO RETURNS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the download has started. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All MIDI packs sold on Liopsida are for personal or commercial use as specified in the product description. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with third parties.

7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liopsida shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
