Article 1 — Purpose These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of digital products (MIDI Packs) offered on Liopsida.com. 

Article 2 — Products Products sold are downloadable digital files (ZIP format). Any validated order grants immediate access to the download.

Article 3 — Pricing Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Liopsida reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Article 4 — Payment Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.

Article 5 — Delivery The file is delivered by email immediately after payment confirmation.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article (L221-28) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium once execution has begun. No refund will be issued after the file has been downloaded.
